I’m glad this install came up so well for a very deserving client.
We did a complete overhaul on this front verge. From dying mixed wintergreen/buffalo/kikuyu turf to a beautiful Waterwise Empire Zoysia.
We killed off the remaining healthy turf a week and a half before hand. Then to make sure that we got all the unwanted roots the area was excavated to a 200mm depth.
New Special lawn mix soil was added in for a good healthy base for the new lawn; this will also so benefit the turf for years to come, as this good soil will retain more water and keep the lawn healthier. In addition with the introduction of this vibrant new soil and the ability to hold more water the watering run-times can be shortened saving both precious water and your hard earned dollars.
Reticulation was replaced and upgraded for better coverage of this verge area. With Toro MPR balanced nozzles and Toro 580 pop-ups this area is now unified in its watering and will produce a great result.
To Top it off the laying of the new Waterwise Empire Zoysia lawn for a great result, and added value to this home.
